Just a brief walk from Shin-Okubo station, I found the area peaceful yet vibrant. the well-maintained room had free snacks, and the staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Surrounded by lovely eateries and shops, it offered great value and convenience for exploring the city.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They stored our luggage for the entire day without any hassle and even provided a sweet snack corner with free tea and coffee. the hotel's location was ideal, with a metro station within walking distance to the most central places in the city. Additionally, the comfortable beds on tatami mats were a unique and enjoyable experience that added to our stay.

One downside was the lack of hygiene in the room, as there were noticeable odors and cleanliness issues upon arrival. the bathroom also seemed neglected, with hairs and stains present.
